| The medal is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the creation by the Central Rada in December 1917 of the highest judicial institution in Ukraine – the General Court of the UNR, the successor of which is the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The General Court consisted of three divisions: civil, criminal and administrative, and performed all functions in court cases, cases overseeing judicial institutions and persons of the judiciary. |

Obverse: above are the small State Emblem of Ukraine, under which in the frame of the ornament – the scales – the oldest emblem of measure and justice, a symbol of justice; on both sides of the composition, the years 1917 and 2017 are indicated; in the center on the mirror background is the Klovsky Palace (18th c.), which houses the Supreme Court of Ukraine – the highest judicial body in the system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine, and inscriptions: UKRAINE (above the building), THE SUPREME COURT (bottom); top right – National Bank of Ukraine Banknote Mint logo. |

Reverse: depicts a monument of architecture of the mid-19th century. – Attendance places (the general name of state administrative bodies for central, provincial or county government) where the General Court was located. To the left of the image of the above-mentioned building, in the cartouche of floral ornament – a trident; under the building – inscription 100 / YEARS. In the circle there are inscriptions: CREATION OF THE GENERAL COURT (above), UKRAINIAN PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC (bottom). |
