As of January 17, 2024, the Ukraine owns 20,444,834 ordinary registered shares of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” (which constitutes 88.890583% of the authorized capital of the Bank).
A new stage in the Bank’s activity is beginning. There are new opportunities for the development of the Bank and expansion of the product line. We understand all the responsibility in providing a high level of customer service. We continue to comply with the requirements of legislation and regulations.
