We value them as positive and recognize the value and importance of human resources and the significance of its contribution to the Bank&#8217;s successful operations.<\/p>\n<p>Understanding the importance and priority of business development in times of crisis, we work for the future, trying not only to keep, but also to attract customers.<br \/>\nTo this end, an advanced training and staff assessment system has been introduced, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>modular training structures;<\/li>\n<li>infrastructure and material and technical base for the educational process;<\/li>\n<li>definition of the main directions of professional development;<\/li>\n<li>teaching materials and tests;<\/li>\n<li>educational programs: internship, conducting credits, internal training;<\/li>\n<li>electronic assessment and control system of knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The recruitment of personnel has been minimized in comparison with last years, but vacancies in priority directions are actual.
